No. Ziina doesn't charge any FX fees. The exchange rate comes directly from our payment processor, and we pass it through without adding anything on top. The rate does include a 1.2% markup over the market rate to cover currency conversion costs - this is standard across the payments industry.
Ziina does charge a standard processing fee, this fee does include an additional 1.5% fee on payments made in any currency other than AED&payments made with international cards.
